Aging in Place

Our Aging in Place Program is designed for our residents to ensure there is always a place for them within our community, no matter how their care needs may evolve. Our team conducts a personalized assessment to determine the level of support that is right for each individual resident, ensuring they live their lives to the fullest within the comfort of their own home.

Respite Care

Transitioning to your home from a stay in the hospital can be challenging. There are occasions that you may not be ready to be fully on your own after a surgery or illness. Recovering at our facility will help ease the transition back to your daily routine.

Trial Stay

At Weston Gardens, we want you to feel comfortable along every step of your retirement living journey. We offer trial stays so you can experience first-hand the benefits of our warm and welcoming community. This is an excellent opportunity to see if Weston Gardens is the right place for you. Whether you feel like you could benefit from additional support or you want to join a new community and make new friends. A trial stay at Weston Gardens will help you decide what’s best for you. Book as long as a month or as little as 2 weeks for your stay. We’ll provide the rest!
